fastiads collects information you provide directly: your name, email address, and business URL when you create an account. We also collect your Meta Ads account credentials (access tokens) solely to create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage Meta ad campaigns on your behalf
Monitor campaign performance and enforce guardrail rules
Send notifications about guardrail triggers and billing events
Improve our AI models and product features

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Meta Platforms (to operate your ad campaigns) and Stripe (to process payments). Both are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

4. Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site (session replays, heatmaps, behavioral metrics). This data is collected via cookies and shared with Microsoft. For details, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
